If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

If you find any Damaged or Missing goods from the received package.

  1. Please take a photo/photos of the received goods, through our Facebook, or Whatsapp/ Signal +852 64710450 to send us a message. If no photos/ clips are provided as requested, the application will not be accepted. 
  2. Specific period of time
    You have an on-day submission (Before Midnight) regards on any damaged or missing goods, the date you received the goods.
  3. Please take good care and store the goods at the appropriate temperature before further action. (Frozen Products -18 degree, Chilled Products 0 - 4 degrees 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your “credit card*,  or You will receive the credit the equivalent amount of Rebate Dollar into your iCookHKG account.
